Groups needing support:

H&I
- LCJ Men’s: New Panel Lead required (must pass background check). Also needs support for July orientation.
- Greeley Detox: New Panel Lead required (requires 1 year clean + 6 months H&I service; must sign non-disclosure agreement).
Volunteers Needed
- Avenues: Volunteers needed (Saturday 6–7 pm commitment; no background check, just a form. Not every Saturday but must have availability).
- Platte Valley: Panel Lead + general human resources needed (background check required; no violent felonies or crimes against minors, waiver possible).
Activities – Meeting is now on Zoom to make attendance easier. Could use support!
Women’s Retreat – Speakers are needed!

Proposals/VOTES

Proposal #1: A proposal was made that the guidelines be changed to swap election months for Executive Committees to May and Subcommittees to June. This change would help the ASC body to more clearly and effectively understand any plan backup/coverage support needs for any Subcommittee positions lacking chairpersons. This is a guideline change and needs to go back to the groups for vote.
Proposal #2: A proposal was made to add Activities Chair as a signer on the OTW bank account. Doing so would allow the Chair to have a debit card to make necessary purchases for Activities events (within standard monthly budget allotment). This would be simpler and less requiring than transferring funds at each ASC to the Chair’s personal account – with a cleaner accounting paper trail. Activities Chair clean time requirement is 2 yrs, which aligns to the minimum requirement for other account signers. This is a guideline change and needs to go back to the groups for vote.
