Public Information

“The (Narcotics Anonymous) message is that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use and find a new way to live.”

~ (Basic Text, 6th Ed., p. 68)

The Off the Wall Public Information Subcommittee strives to attract the still-suffering addict by reaching out to prospective members as well as professionals and the public.

The purpose of the P.I. subcommittee is to:

  • Develop valuable relationships with professionals and the general public.
  • Clarify what services NA can provide to the community.
  • Aim for the public to recognize NA as a positive and reliable organization.
  • Make NA members more aware of their role in NA’s public image.
